My professional career

I know, it is kind of strange to see such different academic and professional paths. Nevertheless, my two greatest passions are languages and technology, and I would like to present to you their existence in my life independently:

Modern languages

  • After five years of study, I got my Modern languages bachelor’s degree diploma at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá in 2016. Before that, I had studied twice at Nouvelle Sorbonne University in Paris as part of an academic exchange program. Thanks to this, I improved my french level and learned about its culture.

  • I had been teaching french in some high schools and in a language institute for four years when I decided to continue my professional and academic life in France. Life took me back to Paris.

  • From 2019 to 2021 I completed my Master’s degree in the Nouvelle Sorbonne University. Although it was not easy due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the long curfews were the perfect time to focus not only on my studies, but also on my second passion: coding.

  • Here you cand find my Curriculum Vitae(CV), where I present my professional journey in detail up until today

Systems Engineering

  • This is proof that it is never too late to make one's dreams come true (I know, what a cliché phrase 😅). After some years of teaching I realized that my passion was not precisely to teach, but to use the languages that I master with a purpose: doing what I love. For this reason, in 2020 I decided to start my Systems engineering career in Paris 8 – Vincennes -Saint-Denis university.

  • Of course, as I just started, this part of my personal story will be fed later with all the personal and academic projects I will surely develop. For now, I would like to share with you my first Godot game demo, which was inspired in the classical Konami’s game Circus Charlie launched in 1984:
